Home Health LPN Needed ASAP

13 Weeks - 8hour Days
* $43 per hour
* $50 overtime rate

Average # of patients/day: 5-8

Certs REQ: CPR BLS

Charting: All professions must be proficient with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and used it within the last 6 months. If they have used it outside of the last 6 months they may apply but will be required to take a retraining course during compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Perform venipuncture and specimen collection processing
- Provide care for patients in clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities
- Assist with medical-surgical procedures and catheter care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Offer dementia care services to patients in need
- Support primary care physicians in delivering patient treatments

Experience:
- Must have experience working in clinics, hospitals, or similar healthcare settings
- Proficiency in medication administration and venipuncture techniques
- Familiarity with specimen collection processing procedures
- Knowledge of medical-surgical practices and catheter care
- Ability to maintain accurate medical records and ensure patient confidentiality
- Experience providing dementia care services is a plus
