AML Compliance Analyst (Bilingual English/Spanish) Base pay range : $75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr This role will oversee AML/KYC compliance and has strong opportunities for career growth. Hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities Provides comprehensive coverage for a significant business or functional area across all legal entities and jurisdictions Provides AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC advice to a business as AML representative on a complex project or change initiative Provides advanced analysis and/or specialized reporting to support business partners, functional areas, or centers of expertise Provides guidance and support to analysts on matters related to portfolio and specialty Expert knowledge of the business and operational functions supported Contact for business management, external/internal auditors, dealing with non-routine information Manages/assists with regulatory reviews including inquiries, audits, and exams Deep knowledge and understanding of businesses/technology, and organizational practices/disciplines Identifies and leads problem resolution for project/program complex requirements related issues at all levels Requirements 1-3+ years of AML experience Prior work experience with a broker dealer Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries Investment Management, Financial Services, and Investment Banking Location Miami, FL #J-18808-Ljbffr
