Sr. Financial Analyst

Overview The Sr. Financial Analyst - Commercial at Bradshaw Home partners with the Commercial Organization and cross-functional groups to provide reporting, analytical insights, and process improvement. This position is hybrid, with 3 days on-site at the corporate office in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Responsibilities Develop the analysis and reporting related to Gross Sales, Cost of Goods and Inventory, business trends, potential performance gaps, and margin improvement. Develop and maintain financial models to improve forecast accuracy and maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of budget processes; review large data sets and explain variances to forecast, budget, and prior year. Provide analyses and comparisons of current and historic Sales/Inventory trends. Use business insights to make recommendations that impact business performance and reduce costs; provide guidance on strategic decisions. Support business leaders to improve processes and drive profitability by developing insightful analytics and reports. Design and conduct complex ad hoc analyses in support of key business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance metrics (KPIs) and dashboards that highlight trends impacting business performance; identify emerging risk issues and present analyses to senior management. Support the sales team and cross-functional teams by developing and enhancing dashboards, reports, and scorecards; develop, maintain, and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed. Demonstrate strong analytical ability and the ability to execute deliverables for real-world business applications. Provide reports and insights to support internal and external presentation decks. Develop, quantify, and evaluate the transformation of information into business intelligence to support strategic objectives and drive operational excellence. Requirements BS/BA in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field. Advanced Excel usage (SUMIF, INDEX/MATCH, lookups, pivot tables). Power BI experience highly preferred. 3+ years of financial analysis experience in consumer products, durable goods, or manufacturing. Strong leadership skills (planning, communication, relationship building, educating). Effective utilization of Microsoft Office tools; experience building reports and visualizations. Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills; influencing and networking abilities. Extensive experience supporting cross-functional teams; ability to communicate at all levels. Ability to work within a team environment and grasp Bradshaw Home’s short- and long-term priorities. Courteous, discreet conduct with sound judgment. Enthusiastic and passionate about the role. Pay And Benefits US$100,000.00 - US$120,000.00 annually. Final compensation offered will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
