In this role, you will partner with Tesla's Supply Chain hiring managers and leaders to determine recruitment needs. What You’ll Do Partner with business leaders and hiring managers in our Supply Chain organization to assess talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy. Use a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent. Conduct thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess technical baseline and skills needed for success in the Tesla environment. Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity. Partner closely with a sourcer to deliver an amazing candidate and client experience. What You’ll Bring Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent. Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate talent sources and assisting them with assessment. Skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends. Combination of corporate and agency/executive search experience is preferred.
