Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Lake Elsinore, CA. As a physical therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients and helping them improve their physical mobility, function, and overall well-being. *Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist*:
* Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions and create personalized treatment plans
* Implement various physical therapy techniques, exercises, and activities to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and mobility
* Utilize specialized equipment and assistive devices as needed
* Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes
* Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and strategies for continued improvement outside of therapy sessions
* Document accurately and maintain detailed records of patients' progress and treatment plans
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care
* Stay updated on the latest advancements and innovations in physical therapy techniques and treatments
* Follow all legal and ethical guidelines related to patient care and privacy

*Applicant Requirements:*
* BLS Certification
* CA Physical Therapist License
* 2 years Physical Therapist experience required
