The Field Marketing Lead for the Americas is responsible for defining and executing the regional marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with global initiatives while tailoring campaigns to local market needs. This role includes overseeing key marketing channels, guiding Field Marketing Coordinators and cross-functional colleagues, and collaborating closely with sales and partner teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth. The Americas role at Onclusive covers Canada, the USA and Latin America with two direct reports based in Buenos Aires. The Americas is our fastest growth region and contributes significantly to the overall global marketing KPIs. This Role reports into our Global Head of Field Marketing. Key Responsibilities Define and deliver the Americas field marketing strategy aligned to global goals Lead and develop Field Marketing Managers and Executives Own regional budget planning and investment decisions Campaigns & Demand Generation Deliver integrated campaigns across content, digital, social, paid media, and events Partner with sales leadership to ensure marketing directly supports pipeline growth Set regional paid media strategy and optimise performance Events, Partners & Brand Build and execute a regional events and webinars programme Lead co-marketing initiatives with partners, agencies, and influencers Own regional PR and brand visibility efforts Performance & Growth Set KPIs and oversee reporting to optimise campaign performance Drive SEO, website traffic, and engagement to support long-term growth Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership Social: organic and paid social strategy, content localisation, performance optimisation Paid Media: strategy, spend optimisation, ROI tracking Content: landing pages, blogs, email, SEO-aligned assets Website & SEO: regional performance, optimisation, lead conversion Sales Enablement: localised materials and close alignment with sales teams Development Focus Areas Strengthen regional leadership presence and influence Deepen cross-functional collaboration Advance data, attribution, and analytics capability Improve budget forecasting and resource planning Who you are 6+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing roles, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology-led organization Proven experience leading regional marketing strategies aligned to global framework Demonstrated success partnering with sales leadership to drive pipeline, revenue, and measurable business impact Hands-on experience delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, paid media, events, and webinars) Strong analytical mindset with experience setting KPIs, reporting on performance, and optimising campaigns based on data Experience managing regional budgets, forecasting spend, and making investment decisions Bilingual preferred but not required (English and Spanish) #J-18808-Ljbffr
