You’ll learn hands-on through multiple departments, gain experience in campaign execution, and develop the tools to lead teams and manage clients. Key Responsibilities: Shadow senior managers to learn leadership techniques and strategies Participate in sales, marketing, operations, and team development Assist in training new hires and supporting team growth Take initiative on campaign execution and client deliverablesAttend leadership development workshops and performance evaluations Requirements: Recent college graduate or equivalent work experience Strong leadership potential and desire for career advancement Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel or relocate for opportunities Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication Experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity #J-18808-Ljbffr
