This is a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to active-duty service members, veterans, and their families in the National Capital Region - all within a collaborative and well-resourced clinical setting. Why this Role Stands OutMission-Driven Care - Serve a grateful, insured patient population (Tricare: active-duty military, qualifying veterans & dependents)Supportive Environment - Work alongside dedicated nursing and MA staff, with strong leadership and stable cultureFull Access to Specialty Services - Radiology, pediatrics, pharmacy, and lab conveniently located in the same buildingNo High-Risk Triage - BLS-only facility with no crash carts; higher acuity cases are transferredFlexible ScheduleFull OR Part-Time 16 or 40 hpw Urgent Care Hours: M-F: 7:00 AM-8:00 PM Sat: 8:00 AM-2:00 PMRole ExpectationsProvide fast-paced care at 2-3 patients per hourDeliver treatment within the clinic's BLS-level scopeWork as an extension of Ft. Belvoir's Emergency Department - patients requiring higher-level care are seamlessly transferredCollaborate with seasoned physicians and experienced clinical leadershipQualificationsGraduate of an accredited PA program OR Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing programAny active U.S. state licenseMinimum 1 year as a Physician AssistantBoard Certification as a Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine) Active BLS and ACLS certificationsActive DEA registration About Prince William County, Virginia: Prince William County is situated on the Potomac River, just over 30 miles southwest of D.C.
