The Digital Marketing Specialist is proficient in all aspects of digital marketing, including search engine optimization and marketing (SEO/SEM); business listings; content creation; email marketing and list management; Google analytics; graphic design; reputation management; and website content management tools. This professional has hands-on experience optimizing website content and structure to increase organic traffic from search engines. They plan, implement, and manage online campaign strategies to increase awareness of PIH Health services and increase the number of online appointment leads. The Digital Marketing Specialist is part of a team that manages the content and functionality of PIHHealth.org and other web properties.
PIH Health is a nonprofit, regional healthcare network that serves approximately 3 million residents in the Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Gabriel Valley region. · Bachelor’s degree
· Five (5) years’ digital marketing and graphic design experience
· Website content management systems
· Content creation for websites, newsletters and social media
· Email marketing experience using Mailchimp or similar ESP
· Robust knowledge of Google Analytics for SEO, campaign optimization, and reporting
· UTM knowledge for results analysis
· Google Search Console and Core Web Vitals for SEO success
· Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
· Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Preferred:
· Basic HTML knowledge
· Video – filming, editing, marketing
· Experience working in a healthcare environment
