*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, including strength, range of motion, balance, and functional abilities.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, goals, and evidence-based practices.
* Provide therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education.
* Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal functional outcomes.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment.
* Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatment plans, and home exercise programs to promote independence and recovery.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
* Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices through continuing education and professional development.
* Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines, including HIPAA and state-specific practice laws.
*Qualifications:*
* Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
* Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida
* Strong clinical skills in orthopedic evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
* Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and achieving positive outcomes.
