Plus, you'll have opportunities to participate in community events that make our community feel like family Responsibilities: Provide outstanding care in both clinic and telehealth settings while meeting targeted patient volume goals. Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, ensuring adherence to high professional standards. Thoroughly review patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and medications to formulate accurate diagnoses. Engage with clinical leadership to ensure strong patient care and resolution of concerns. Accurately complete patient charts and maintain compliance with all health regulations. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribe medications, and guide patients on treatment plans. Attend mandatory training sessions and ensure adherence to compliance protocols. Facilitate a positive atmosphere by actively welcoming new employees and aiding in their training. Remain knowledgeable about the company's standards of operations and promote confidentiality. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Additional Requirements: On-call responsibilities periodically throughout the year. Experience Requirements: Education: Master's Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies. Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in settings such as Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facilities, ER, or Family Medical Practice is preferred. Current License or Certification: Active, good standing license and DEA, with the ability to treat all ages. DOT certification is also required within 120 days of hire.
