Here's a perfect job for you: Position Details: -Board Certified Anesthesiologist - New Grads Accepted -Start Date: ASAP after 90-day credentialing -All supervision -Own dedicated heart team (CRNAs and MDs) carved out of the practice -Two cardiac MDs and 4 cardiac CRNAs that staff the rooms -Tear down at 3pm, 5pm, and 7pm - 7pm call shifts -12 hour call shifts - call ratio is 1:5 for MDs with post call day off on Monday -Case Variety: Full-spectrum cases available but flexibility if you re not comfortable with certain types -Team Setup: Care Team Model -EMR: iPro Compensation + Perks: -Salary negotiated direct with group - J+C just assisting with staffing -6 weeks of time off -No state income tax = more take-home pay Ideal for: -Board Certified Anesthesiologists -New grads welcome -Licensed in Florida (or willing to obtain) This is more than just a job it s a lifestyle move.
