We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings and possess a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

## Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Perform health coaching to educate patients on wellness and disease prevention
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Conduct physical examinations and assist with procedures such as phlebotomy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide discharge planning and support for patients transitioning to home care

## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Proficient in patient assessment and care planning
- Experience in clinic or hospital settings, including Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
- Ability to perform physical examinations and administer medications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with toddler care
- Experience in travel nursing
