System Administrator Architect role at Vibotek LLC Dallas TX, onsite Overview Windows Server, Azure Architect and Administration, VMWare, Hands‑on experience with HP & Dell Servers, DC operations – 60% focus. Responsibilities Design and architect domain consolidation projects, cloud virtual machine landscape, and landing zones. Design and architect a global Active Directory infrastructure, including design and implementation of Group Policy, domain consolidation for large‑scale organizations. Design and architect VMWare solutioning and handle On‑prem to cloud migration projects. SME level support on Windows, VMware, Cloud Infrastructure, and advanced troubleshooting. Install, manage, configure, and decommission Azure IaaS components including compute, storage, network, and cloud cost management. Experience in installing, configuring & troubleshooting ESXi including provisioning, VM builds, virtual switch and datastore management. Collaborate with architects, internal departments, vendor partners, and client partners to deliver solutions on Cloud/VMware/Windows Servers. Experience in DC Ops, data rooms and hardware solutioning with storage skills on Pure & HP MSA. Manage VMware or Hyper‑V clusters, HA, FT, DRS, and DR using VMWare SRM. Perform snapshots, cloning, cold migrations, hot migrations, and patch management. Automation using PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform. Plan and execute Active Directory domain‑level upgrades. Plan and design Group Policy Objects to ensure compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory, GPO, Federation Services, and identity management systems. Qualifications Proven expertise in designing and architecting domain consolidation projects, cloud virtual machines, and landing zones. Experience with Azure VDI and AWS workspaces. Expertise and architecture in Windows Server Administration, VMware, Azure, Citrix, and Active Directory. Experience with Citrix, Microsoft Entra ID, SCCM. Active Directory, VMware to Cloud Migration expertise & automation (PowerShell / Ansible / Terraform). ITIL framework knowledge and strong communication skills. Good to have experience with Citrix, Microsoft Entra ID, SCCM, Azure VDI, AWS workspaces.
