The Sr. PM applies recognized project management concepts, professional discipline, ethics and conduct standards to deliver a wide range of integrated enterprise applications, services and results. Leads, manages, develops and implements various‑sized, cross‑functional, enterprise‑wide projects across many different verticals. Responsible for monitoring and reporting on individual business and IT projects and initiatives. This individual will produce detailed and comprehensive plans, reports, analyses and recommendations. The role will serve in both a virtual and on‑site capacity and will require strategic leadership to help the project team ensure that business and technical requirements meet and exceed objectives. We are seeking individuals who possess a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships. Experience Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Technology or related field; or equivalent background and experience. 5+ years of experience managing multifaceted enterprise‑wide complex projects/teams; managing multiple smaller projects simultaneously. Experience in delivering quality and measurable efficiency gains as a result of project management process improvement. Experience preparing and delivering high‑level oral/visual presentations and reports. Skills Required Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with various delivery methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, SDLC, Waterfall etc. Strategic way of thinking, and approaches solutions in a pragmatic method. High competency in use of MS Office applications including Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other modern project management process tools. Familiar with JIRA, Backlog, Rally or ALM. Impeccable documentation preparation and maintenance. Coordinate with 3rd party vendors.
