**Job Specialty:** Wound Care
**Job Duration:** 13 Weeks
**Shift:** Day 5x8-Hour (07:30 - 16:00)
**Guaranteed Hours:** The facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
**Experience:** 1 year required, first-time travelers accepted
**License:** SC or Multi-State Compact RN license
**Certifications:** BLS, Wound/Ostomy certification (WOCN) Wound Ostomy Continence Certified or Wound Ostomy Certified
**Must-Have:** BSN, Epic experience preferred, flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only
**Job Description:**
- Work as a certified wound and ostomy nurse in wound care.
- No weekend or on-call requirements.
- Remain within the same building, no floating between units.
- Be prepared for potential emergency response team assignments during hurricane season, running from June through November.
- Handle responsibilities and tasks in a professional and efficient manner.
- Previous permanent staff must be separated from the system for 1 year before returning as a traveler.
- Non-local candidates are prioritized, and local candidates are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Complete a 16-hour orientation.
Note: Candidates must ensure the completion of all pre-start compliance on time.
