**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, ARRT
**Must-Have:**
- ARRT certification in hand at time of application
- STEMI ready
- IABP and Impella training
- Epic charting experience preferred
**Job Description:**
- Responsible for assisting during cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Call requirements include one night per week and every 5th weekend.
- Average daily patient census ranges from 25-30, primarily adults and geriatrics.
- Andidates with Electrophysiology (EP) experience may be floated to EP as needed.
- Experience with stents, angioplasty, angiograms, paracentesis, and thoracentesis preferred.
- Capable of performing IV starts and EKGs.
- Scrubs provided by facility.
- Facility welcomes travelers with the requisite experience.
- Call includes two weekends during a 13-week contract, from Friday 6 PM to Monday 7 AM, plus one night each week.
- Adherence to on-call requirements, including working holidays during summer or winter, is expected.
- Orientation includes non-billable modules up to four hours, with additional hours billable up to eight.
**Additional Information:**
- Candidates must be willing to float within the hospital or to affiliated facilities as needed.
- Applicants are subject to a basic dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam, which must be passed prior to starting the role.
