Insight Comprehensive Therapy is currently seeking a Licensed Registry Physical Therapist . The ideal candidate must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and patient care. We seek a team player dedicated to maintaining a smooth and effective schedule for physicians, ensuring a positive environment for our patients.Note: Insight employees are required to be vaccinated for COVID-19 as a condition of employment, subject to accommodations for medical or sincerely held religious beliefs. Responsibilities: Consult with patients regarding their medical history, symptoms, and needs. Diagnose patients and develop personalized treatment plans. Teach therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve patient conditions. Maintain accurate patient records and monitor ongoing progress. Adjust treatment plans as necessary based on patient response. Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and families about progress. Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients. Qualifications: Effective communication skills in verbal and written English. Current State of Illinois PTA license and CPR certification. Proven skills in patient safety and care. Friendly, empathetic, and respectful demeanor. Reliable with results, punctuality, and attendance. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Capacity to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment with positive energy. Patience, tact, stamina, and endurance under pressure. Attention to detail and commitment to precision. Contribute positively even in rapidly changing circumstances.
