Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Insight Global NextGen Government Services Professional Recruiter at Insight Global Lead clients through end-to-end lifecycle of category strategy development, issuance of competitive tenders, and compliant contract negotiation and execution. Act as a subject matter expert in media and marketing procurement, advising clients on supplier capabilities and best practices. Strong familiarity and deep expertise with the following areas of media buying: Media Strategy Development – Identifying the best media channels (TV, radio, digital, print, etc.) to reach the target audience. Negotiation & Purchasing – Securing ad placements at optimal rates through negotiations with media vendors. Campaign Management – Monitoring ad placements, ensuring they run correctly, and adjusting strategies as needed. Budget Optimization – Allocating funds efficiently to maximize exposure while minimizing costs. Performance Analysis – Monitoring campaign effectiveness and making data-driven adjustments. Market Research – Staying updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior strategies. Supporting the marketing global sourcing lead and team leads in conducting sourcing initiatives — including events, experiential, print, media buying, advertising, sponsorships, etc. — which vary in terms of complexity, scope and scale, both global and domestic. Managing the process of market tenders and subsequent evaluation of bid proposals across a cross-functional team to determine supplier selection. Drafting contracts based on standard terms and conditions. Negotiating contracts to achieve optimal commercial terms. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our business partners, key suppliers, and multiple client groups.
