You will lead and manage all aspects of the branch—including growing deposits and investments, operations, and coaching the team for success. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills You have a passion for creating exceptional experiences and a knack for setting the tone in the branch, ensuring every client feels valued and every team member is part of a dynamic and engaging culture. You have outstanding leadership skills with a proven track record of coaching and empowering employees, helping them achieve remarkable results and grow in their roles. You are a master of multitasking, excelling at organizing and managing competing priorities in the branch while developing plans for growth and success. You thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment, using strong decision‑making skills to navigate challenges and lead the team confidently. You are experienced in creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to operational integrity and adherence to policies. You have a strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect your team, partners, and clients with technology, making it accessible and exciting for everyone involved. You have 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience. You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent. You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills You have a college degree or military equivalent. Training and Travel Requirement You’ll successfully complete our Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement. You’ll need to be able to travel as required for in‑person training and meetings; some travel may be out‑of‑state.
