Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management
- Maintain accurate medical records

Qualifications:
- Valid RN license
- Previous experience in critical care, ER, or PICU preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
- Ability to suture wounds is a plus
- Experience in health coaching or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is beneficial
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
