Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner- New Castle, NH Job# Details: Seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to support the expansion of integrated mental health services in northern New Hampshire. Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations. Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications with careful monitoring of therapeutic response and side effects. Conduct risk assessments including suicide, homicide, and overall safety concerns. Screen for substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions to ensure integrated patient care. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Strong skills in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and mental status examinations. Current NH Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license with psychiatric specialization. Current BLS Certification. Compensation: This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package.
