With the DON, plans, coordinates and manages the clinical services for specific unit. Responsible for quality resident care.
Performs nursing assessments regarding residents and develops a plan of care
Participates in quality assurance
Performs all position requirements in accordance with company policies and procedures and state/federal regulations
Will perform general nursing duties in cases of emergency or staffing shortages
1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred
