Employer Industry: Building Management Solutions Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $135,250 Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work in a collaborative environment focused on innovative building‑management solutions Engage with diverse projects ranging from $1M to $25M in value Chance to make a positive impact on energy efficiency and sustainable building operations Supportive employer committed to employee development and satisfaction What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Manage a portfolio of large projects ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction from development to completion Oversee project processes and provide direction to Jobsite Project Managers and Project Engineers as needed Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high customer satisfaction standards Handle financial performance of assigned projects, including billing, revenue forecasting, and cost re‑estimation Maintain effective communication with customers and field teams to understand and support project requirements What is Required (Qualifications) High School diploma or GED Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience Minimum 3 years of experience in the Building Construction Industry Minimum 3 years of prior experience in HVAC and/or Building Automation Must possess a valid Driver's License How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in a related field Experience with Data Centers PMP Certification Strong problem‑solving, planning, and project management skills General knowledge of employment laws and practices We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
