The Store Manager should be a passionate leader capable of multi-tasking, attention to detail, and energetic about helping the employees and customers that enter their store. Every Store Manager should lead by example in regards to sales, store experience, and operations. Deliver exceptional sales results, stay operationally sound and take care of both employees and customers professionally.
