Responsibilities Supervises correction officers assigned to shift being covered Recommends approval/disapproval of officer leave requests Completes shift reports for submittal to Captain Completes annual and probationary Performance Evaluations as assigned Supports Nursing Leadership on shift as needed Train officers in the security operations at Timothy B. Normal shift hours are 11:00 pm - 7:00 am. Schedules may be changed to meet operational needs outside of the posted general working hours. If assigned to operate vehicles regulated by Section of revised code, applicants must also have commercial driver's license. Or high school diploma or G.E.D.; 12 mos. exp. as Correction Sergeant/ Counselor, 46532. If assigned to operate vehicles regulated by Section of revised code, applicants must also have commercial driver's license. Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
