Senior Provider Solutions Specialist

Summary

This leadership role serves as a subject matter expert and zone lead for Provider Solutions Specialists. You'll provide training and support to healthcare providers on various technologies, ensuring a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation & Support: Lead implementation and support of healthcare technologies for physicians and their offices. This includes training, troubleshooting, and collaborating to improve provider-facing technology.
  • Support Requests: Proactively identify and resolve physician support needs, including both basic and complex inquiries. You'll also track trends and escalate issues as needed.
  • Access Management: Ensure providers have appropriate access to patient data while maintaining security and compliance.
  • Partnerships: Collaborate with various teams to advocate for physician needs, develop solutions, and maintain accurate provider data.
  • Training: Lead the development and delivery of training programs for providers, hospital staff, and physician office personnel on new and existing healthcare technologies.
  • Customer Service: Partner with colleagues to ensure a positive patient and physician experience by providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare field (3-5 years preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Extensive experience supporting clinical applications and using healthcare information systems
  • Excellent customer service orientation and ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to change
