Career Staffing Talent (CST) has partnered with a growing plaintiff's law firm in the Dadeland area to find an experienced First-Party Property Attorney to join their team.


The ideal candidate can come from a plaintiff's or defense firm and should consider this opportunity if they live in SW Dade and commute to downtown, Brickell, or Gables.


This position is perfect for a skilled attorney looking to work in a supportive law firm with staff and clear goals for calculating compensation.

Compensation for this position includes a base salary plus a variable bonus based on cases settled.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in court, at depositions, trials, arbitration, hearings, and meditations
  • Prepare and draft motions for summary judgments and defend motions for summary judgments, and attend hearings
  • Work a case from intake to trial
  • Advise clients on legal transactions
  • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes


Qualifications

  • Law Degree and FLORIDA Bar License - Required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A minimum of 5+ years of prior first-party property experience
  • Attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
