Overview


We seek a detail-oriented and motivated HVAC/Clean Room Assistant Project Manager to join the cutting-edge field of commercial mechanical construction in Santa Clara, CA. Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with senior project managers to oversee HVAC and clean room projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality.
  • Assist in designing, installing, and commissioning complex HVAC systems, clean rooms, and associated building automation systems, such as Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys, Bacnet, and Distech.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring consistent communication and alignment with project objectives.
  • Manage project documentation, schedules, and budgets using advanced tools like MS Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
  • Ensure all projects meet stringent regulatory standards, clean room certification protocols, and HVAC industry specifications.


Qualifications


  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • 3+ years of project management experience in HVAC systems, with direct involvement in clean room projects strongly preferred.
  • Expertise in advanced tools and software such as Trimble AutoBid, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Project, with strong knowledge of building automation systems.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Local and stable work history showcasing a commitment to the Santa Clara region and the mechanical construction sector.
