Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in disability and injury cases. They will be expected to handle a caseload, draft legal documents, and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in disability and injury law preferred
- Ability to provide legal advice and negotiate effectively
- Strong research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience in disability and injury law is a plus
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
