Orion is recruiting a Project Manager for our Tampa Bay Office. Seeking a talented Project Manager with 10+ years' experience working in Marine Construction. Should have working knowledge of Project Management & Administration, Marine Construction Materials, Procurement, Estimating, Scheduling, Project Tracking Software, Cost Control, Engineering & Project Standards, and Safety & Environmental Compliance. Experience in Commercial Concrete Construction, Hwy or Heavy Industrial Civil Construction Projects would be an asset. Experienced in the use of HCSS HeavyBid and/or InEight estimating software.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

  • Set project timeline
  • Monitor project deliverables
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
  • Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
