Job Title: Senior Fraud Detection and Analysis Architect

Location: Denver, Colorado

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Fraud Detection and Analysis Architect to lead and enhance our fraud detection and prevention initiatives. This role will involve defining strategies, setting up teams, designing workflows in the RAID tool, and developing and extending its capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the RAID product by Mobelium (a Wedo company) and a deep understanding of fraud detection technologies and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of fraud detection and prevention frameworks.
  • Define and execute strategies to enhance fraud detection and mitigation capabilities.
  • Set up and manage fraud detection teams to support operational excellence.
  • Utilize the RAID product by Mobelium to perform detailed fraud analysis and detection.
  • Design and implement workflows within RAID to streamline fraud detection processes.
  • Define, develop, and maintain business rules for effective fraud prevention strategies using RAID.
  • Extend and customize RAID capabilities to address evolving fraud challenges.
  • Analyze diverse data inputs, such as browser fingerprints, email addresses, and other relevant data points, to identify and mitigate potential fraud risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of fraud detection systems with other business processes.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in fraud detection and prevention to recommend and implement best practices.
  • Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to mitigate fraud risks effectively.
  • Train and mentor team members on fraud detection tools, methodologies, and workflows.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Must have extensive experience working with the RAID product by Mobelium for fraud detection and analysis.
  • Strong expertise in defining and implementing business rules for fraud detection.
  • Proven experience in designing workflows and customizing tools like RAID.
  • Ability to define strategies, set up operational teams, and oversee fraud detection initiatives.
  • Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and identifying patterns related to fraud.
  • Solid understanding of fraud prevention strategies, techniques, and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in retail wireless or telecommunications environments is a plus.
