About the Role

Infogain is seeking an exceptional Technology Principal (Field CTO) to spearhead our product engineering, digital transformation, and innovation initiatives with leading technology, digital, and software ISV/Product companies. This strategic role will drive Infogain's growth through deep technical solutioning and pre-sales capabilities, product engineering and transformation expertise, and thought leadership in AI-first engineering services.


The Technology Principal (Field CTO) will combine technical leadership, vision and solutioning, and technology evangelization to help customers achieve breakthrough product transformation while driving Infogain’s revenue growth and market leadership. This role will be instrumental in establishing Infogain as the preferred engineering partner for tech companies building and modernizing their products and platforms.


Responsibilities:

Product Engineering Leadership:

  • Drive digital innovation and modernization for tech, digital, and product/ISV customers.
  • Guide customer in reimagining product systems and strategies. Architect scalable, cloud-native, AI-powered solutions that transform legacy products
  • Design and architect solutions for speed, scale, customer experience (CX), and innovation.
  • Create reusable frameworks, accelerators, and AI-augmented software engineering methodologies for enabling scalable product innovation


Technical Transformation & Innovation:

  • Champion AI/ML integration in customer’s product roadmaps, driving differentiation, functional innovation, and competitiveness.
  • Implement software engineering, software assurance, and automated dev-ops/build-ops practices and optimizing developer experience and productivity.
  • Implement data engineering and analytics-led solutions for creating smarter products.
  • Implement platform engineering, operational automation, and SRE solutions for driving platform scalability and reliability.
  • Conduct technical discovery, POCs, and pilot initiatives for transformative outcomes.


Digital & Product Leader Partnership:

  • Build and sustain technical partnerships with customer’s product and engineering leaders
  • Collaborate on joint IP and solution development to unlock new market opportunities.
  • Shape GTM strategies tailored to tech and product customers for scalable revenue growth.


Customer Evangelization:

  • Represent Infogain as a thought leader in digital engineering and software operations.
  • Advocate for adoption of emerging technology and modern engineering practices.
  • Publish technical content and participate in industry forums to position Infogain as a leader in product transformation.


Revenue Growth Enablement:

  • Drive GTM and revenue expansion in tech and software product/ISV accounts by unlocking new opportunities for product engineering services.
  • Align Infogain’s technical offerings with customer needs to deliver measurable value.
  • Influence customer’s tech roadmaps to embed Infogain’s expertise in long-term strategies.


Ideal Candidate:

Experience:

  • 15+ years of product engineering leadership experience with major tech companies
  • Deep expertise in cloud-native product modernization, platformization, and AI enabled digital innovation and transformation.
  • Results-driven with strong record in solutioning/pre-sales and with growing and scaling successful engineering services revenue with tech customers.

Technical Expertise:

  • Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms, AI/ML, DevOps/SRE, microservices architecture, and other key tech value streams.
  • Deep expertise in integration and adoption of AI and emerging technology into product roadmap and digital growth strategies.
  • Experience in transforming legacy products to modern, cloud-native, AI first systems.
  • Ability to architect and guide complex technical solutions aligned with business goals.

Leadership Skills:

  • Outstanding technical evangelism, product and technology leadership engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and co-develop product or digital strategies with customers.
  • Experience in joint GTM programs, IP creation, and alliance/partnership development with tech companies.

Collaboration

  • Ability to engage with Infogain Sales, Studio, and Engineering teams, participate in joint-partner initiatives, perform technical/market research across competitors/partners and several layers of the tech stack, platforms, and tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to navigate complex partner organizations and influence senior executives.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent years of experience; advanced degree preferred.

  • 30%+ year-over-year revenue growth and expansion in assigned accounts
  • New product engineering deal pipeline and wins with-in tech and software product accounts
  • Successful product innovation, modernization and transformation initiatives in tech accounts
  • Customer product roadmap influence and strategic impact on customer’s digital engineering
  • Improvement in customer satisfaction scores and tech/product executive engagement
  • Development of long-term and strategic technical partnership with major tech accounts
