Summary of Key Skills/Attributes:

  • Salesforce expertise: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM solutions, particularly Service Cloud, Datacloud, and Client 360 features. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Salesforce product strategy, development, design, and rollout, with a focus on user experience.
  • AI and emerging technology proficiency: Experience delivering A.I.-powered solutions for customer service and/or sales at an enterprise scale.
