Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Digital & Performance Marketing Director who will lead our communication & execution across our various channels for our two historic brands, Cobra & Escort. Cedar is looking for a marketing leader who will ensure we have a digital focus that will help to bring alive the next evolution of the Cobra & Escort story but also provide best in class execution with our major consumer and business partners.


Cedar is looking for somebody who can stay ahead of an ever-increasing marketing channel mix. The successful candidate will bring along with it experience in understanding the digital landscape, how to articulate, define the strategy and the performance metrics used to measure success. This individual will lead, mentor and develop a team of marketeers who bring the Cobra / Escort brand alive across a variety of Consumer and Business channels.


Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure Cedar Electronics and its brands remain current with digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of marketing channels, focusing on performance-driven results.
  • Develop and implement key metrics to assess marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns that align with Cedar’s goals and objectives.
  • Oversee product launch campaigns to maximize brand impact and engagement.
  • Manage retail channel execution with major partners, ensuring brand consistency and high standards.
  • Lead and oversee a team responsible for executing B2B marketing strategies.
  • Own and drive Cedar’s PR and Social & Paid Media strategies.
  • Mentor and develop team members, establishing best practices that enhance collaboration and team performance.


Required Qualifications:

  • Proven history of executing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing data effectively.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in channel and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency with essential marketing tools such as Google AdWords, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Affiliate Marketing and marketing automation/measurement tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate company strategy into actionable objectives and report outcomes to senior management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.


Reporting:

This position reports to the Head of Marketing.
