Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in the Winder, GA area that is looking to add an HR Generalist to their team. The HR Generalist will report into an HR Manager and will support 115 employees across two of their locations in Georgia. The HR Generalist will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
- Assist with payroll and benefits questions
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
Qualifications
- 2+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- HR Certifications are a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
