IT Administrator

Sky Factory is looking for an experienced IT admin to take over responsibility for our business information systems. Sky Factory operates in a primarily Windows environment with some Linux and Mac devices.

Job details:

The IT admin performs multiple functions, including:

• Software deployment and configuration
• Backups, both online and offline
• Desktop support for Sky Factory employees; troubleshooting and training
• IT Procurement; specify, order, and set up computers and servers and upgrade them as needed
• Network administration; Ethernet networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall, and Wireless access
• Security management; NTFS permissions, desktop and server updates, SPAM filtering, firewall configuration
• Printer configuration and maintenance
• Phone Maintenance

Education and Background:

Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience in some or all of the following:

• Windows Server (various editions)
• Windows Active Directory Services
• VMware
