About the Role

We are seeking an AI Engineer with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Conversational AI to lead the development and fine-tuning of a next-generation AI model. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of large language models (LLMs) and the technical skills to design, deploy, and optimize conversational systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Model Development:

Fine-tune and customize pre-trained LLMs (e.g., GPT, Hugging Face Transformers) for highly nuanced, context-aware interactions.

Develop scalable systems for conversational AI with a focus on humor, ethics, and engaging communication.

2. API Integration:

Design and implement APIs to seamlessly integrate the AI into production workflows.

Ensure robust, real-time performance for interactive environments.

3. Data Management & Training:

Build and manage high-quality datasets for training and fine-tuning the model.

Implement data preprocessing, augmentation, and validation pipelines to improve model performance.

4. Personalization & Tone Management:

Develop systems for customizing AI behavior, tone, and personality to match project requirements.

Ensure consistent, domain-specific language use and adaptability to different contexts.

5. System Architecture & Maintenance:

Architect scalable, high-performance solutions for hosting and deploying AI models.

Monitor and debug the system to ensure reliability and robustness in production.

6. Ethical AI Practices:

Apply bias mitigation techniques and adhere to ethical AI principles in model development.

Design transparent systems that align with best practices in responsible AI development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Technical Expertise:

Proven experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI’s GPT, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar frameworks).

Strong programming skills in Python, with expertise in libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, SpaCy, or NLTK.

Proficiency in fine-tuning and deploying pre-trained models.

Hands-on experience with API development and integration (e.g., RESTful APIs).

Familiarity with TTS systems and audio output (e.g., ElevenLabs, Google TTS).

AI Development Experience:

Demonstrated success in building conversational AI applications or chatbots.

Expertise in crafting domain-specific datasets and language models.

Deep understanding of NLP tasks such as sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and intent classification.

Cloud & System Architecture:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for hosting and scaling AI systems.

Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for deployment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).

Knowledge of advanced generative AI techniques, including prompt engineering.

Familiarity with tools for synthetic data generation and augmentation.
