Survey Party Chief

We are currently looking for a talented Survey Party Chief to help build our team. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, and in-person.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work as lead Party Chief of a field crew team in boundary, topographic, and construction survey on single and multi-family residential projects throughout the Puget Sound region
• Operate or direct the operation of Leica, Topcon and Carlson instruments and data collectors
• Perform field calculations on boundary and construction projects
• Work in all weather and topographic conditions
• Become an important member of the Core Design team
• Have the opportunity for career advancement

Required Background and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Party Chief performing construction staking, boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveys
• Good working knowledge of robotic total stations, GNSS, survey calculations, and data collectors
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
