Job Summary
Performs advanced clerical and administrative functions under the direct supervision of the Compliance Operations Manager, supports and maintains the day-to-day activities of the Hospital District’s Compliance Program. Organizes, prioritizes and carries out assignments, tasks and projects with general instruction by the Compliance Operations Manager. Applies independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize diverse workloads in the office practices and procedures.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Work Experience:
Three years of administrative experience or any other type of technical, auditing or project management experience required; preferably in a hospital setting.
License/Registration/Certification
None.
Education and Training:
High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in related area preferred.
Skills:
- Advanced typing skills (50 - 60 wpm).
- Excellent listening, writing and oral communication skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Advanced organizational skills to demonstrate initiative to work in fast pace environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and demands.
- Advanced proficiency in the use of personal computer including word processing, presentations, database management, and spreadsheet applications.
- High level of interpersonal skills and ability to work on issues of a sensitive nature, expected to maintain a high levels of confidentiality.
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Advance technical and project oriented skills as well as auditing skills to monitor certain software programs and projects related to compliance program activities.
