We are looking to fill both a Jr. eDiscovery Analyst and Sr. eDiscovery Analyst positions. The eDiscovery Analyst is responsible for working within the framework of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and should possess a thorough understanding of eDiscovery standards. Mastery of technical eDiscovery practices for legal professionals and practitioners is essential. Candidates should have experience with standardized eDiscovery software tools like Relativity, Clearwell, Concordance, or similar enterprise tools.


The duties of the Junior eDiscovery Analyst may include, but are not limited to:


  • Utilizing standardized eDiscovery software tools.
  • Ensuring comprehensive and accurate project documentation.
  • Identifying, preserving, collecting, and producing Electronically Stored Information (ESI) in response to discovery requests.
  • Managing eDiscovery production, preparing data analysis reports and documentation.
  • Ensuring adherence to proper data handling procedures and maintaining chain of custody.
  • Assisting with the eDiscovery process from ingestion to production of materials, including data archiving.
  • Conducting complex Boolean searches and generating reports in an eDiscovery platform.
  • Processing, ingesting, integrating, and organizing native files, as well as loading data from digital media sources into an eDiscovery platform.
  • Maintaining regular client contact and working effectively in high-pressure, court deadline-driven environments.
  • Identifying and resolving data quality issues.
  • Providing expert witness testimony as necessary.
  • Performing other assigned laboratory functions.


The duties of the Senior eDiscovery Analyst may encompass those of the Junior eDiscovery Analyst, with additional responsibilities such as:


  • Facilitating communication and collaboration among Chief Council, investigators, and eDiscovery team members.
  • Developing schedules, assigning, and distributing casework to the eDiscovery team.
  • Tracking project progress and workflow.
  • Researching and analyzing changes and developments in eDiscovery.
  • Providing technical leadership to litigation teams.
  • Identifying and addressing systemic data quality issues.
  • Offering technical guidance and recommendations to enhance eDiscovery capabilities and the production of ESI.
