Roofing Superintendent

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Roofing Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, inspecting, and assessing commercial roofing systems to ensure they meet industry standards and client specifications. The inspector will work closely with contractors, property managers, and clients to provide comprehensive reports and recommendations for maintenance, repairs, and replacements.

• Conduct thorough inspections of commercial roofing systems, including flat, sloped, and specialty roofs.
• Evaluate the condition of roofs, identifying issues such as leaks, deterioration, and material deficiencies.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, documenting findings with photographs and recommendations for repairs or maintenance.
• Collaborate with contractors and project managers to discuss inspection results and potential solutions.
• Stay updated on roofing materials, techniques, and regulations to provide knowledgeable insights to clients.
• Advise clients on best practices for roof maintenance and care to extend the life of their roofing systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all inspection activities.
• Assist in the preparation of estimates and project proposals for roofing services.
• Attend training and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge related to roofing inspection and technology.

• Proven experience in commercial roofing inspection or related field.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Proficient in using inspection tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
