Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Energy Consultant to join our team in Boston. The Successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking Industrial Energy Audits, developing energy efficiency concepts, progressing ideas from concept through to design, making recommendations, and working closely with clients to identify and implement carbon and cost savings solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role with potential visits to different locations across the US. As a Senior Energy Consultant, you will have the opportunity to advise clients on complex technical engagements and build strong relationships across stakeholders while driving forward the better business practices.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering - Energy, Chemical, Process, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5+ years of working experience in energy consulting, industry, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding project management, including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Experience in leading complex engagements with a focus on energy efficiency, renewable energy, and/or sustainability for commercial and industrial customers.
  • A self-starter with proven ability to develop business and manage both client relationships and team members.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A strong track record of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in analytics, data management tools, and sustainability frameworks.
