Escape Experience - Escape Room Games is a fun team-building and entertainment activity with multiple locations in Chattanooga and Nashville. Each escape room game is designed to provide a real-life interactive adventure for teams, friends, family members, or co-workers. The objective is to work together, find clues, decode messages, and solve problems to unlock the door to freedom. With headquarters in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Escape Experience plans to expand to additional cities in the future.

Role Description

We are seeking a Game Host to join our team in Nashville, TN. As a Game Host, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an exceptional escape room experience. This is a part-time, on-site role where you will guide and assist teams, explain the game rules, monitor progress, and provide hints when needed. You will also reset the room for the next group of players and contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the venue.

Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks
  • Previous experience in customer service or entertainment industry is a plus
