JOB PURPOSE:

The Documentation Trainer within Medical Operations at Endeavors specializes in training staff for both ORR policies and Pecos Children's Center (PCC) policies and procedures. Reporting to the Staff Development Associate Director, this role ensures staff proficiency in adhering to both sets of standards while utilizing the UC Portal. Through targeted training, coaching, and cultural sensitivity, the Documentation Trainer enhances Endeavors' and PCC's ability to provide accurate documentation practices that align with regulatory requirements. This role directly contributes to Endeavors' commitment to compassionate care and effective resettlement, and to PCC's focus on child well-being and safety within the medical operations context.
