RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Experience in probate, estate and trust administration, formal and informal accountings, 17A guardianships, Surrogate Court appearances, etc
  • Experience with will contests and estate litigation a plus
  • Estate Planning experience must include drafting all estate planning documents (Wills, Trusts, Advance Directives) as well as tax planning for high net worth individuals, including the drafting of ILITs, SLATs, GRATs, QPRTs, etc


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 plus years experience
  • Excellent client-interaction skills and the ability to handle consultations, planning meetings, and the ability to oversee a large caseload and paralegal staff a must
  • Experience with client acquisition and business development a plus
  • Experience with corporate succession planning and LLCs a plus
