Infor Cloudsuite GHR Analyst

Job Summary

The Client is seeking two qualified and experienced contractors as an Infor expert to provide support, evaluate, analyzed, and identify areas for process optimization for new Infor CloudSuite v11, FSM (deployed) and soon to be deployed GHR-Payroll. The selected candidates shall have demonstrated capabilities and expert level experience in Infor CloudSuite Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

Provide technical and production support to Infor CloudSuite Human Capital Management (HCM), CloudSuite Financials and Supply Management, and Expense Management

• Work with Data and Digital Services staff and business users to evaluate requirements and develop technical solutions using tools (including Configuration Console, BI and Birst).

• Troubleshoot and resolve CloudSuite Human Capital Management (HCM) application issues related to HR, Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management, and others.

• Support HCM business processes such as recruitment, hiring, benefits enrollment, COLA, payroll processing, and vendor interfaces.

• Troubleshoot and resolve CloudSuite Financials and Supply Management issues related to Requisitions, GL, AP, Purchasing, Contracts, Budget Control, Inventory, and Cash Management.

• Support Financial functions and procedures of month end close, PO dispatch, contract management, AP check run, invoice matching, replenishment, receiving, journals, budget load, PO rollover, year-end processes, and vendor interfaces.

• Work with business users to develop ad-hoc queries and reports using dashboards, ISD, BI and Birst.

• Support integrations with internal and external systems. Monitor scheduled jobs, processes, and system interfaces.

• Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy customizations and interfaces to meet business requirements using Configuration Console, and IPA.

• Support maintaining system and application-level configurations.

• Support, document, develop complex workflows, interfaces, and reports.

• Assist in the review and testing of monthly CUs

• Experience with INFOR Cloud Suite Multi-Tenant environment in GHR, CSF, SCM, MSCM, XM, and MHC.

Infor CloudSuite GHR-Payroll Analyst

Infor CloudSuite HCM implementation: We are seeking an HCM Consultant with extensive experience in Infor Global HR, specifically in Absence and Benefits modules (Payroll experience a plus).

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Infor CloudSuite GHR- Payroll is a requirement for this position.

• Proficiency with HR, Payroll, and Benefits, preferably in government/public sector.

• Experience with Infor CloudSuite GHR- Payroll is mandatory.

• Deep appreciation for the importance of confidentiality and non-disclosure.

• Exceptional diplomatic and tactful communication skills, coupled with excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.

• Experience with Infor CloudSuite HCM Absence, Benefits.

• Experience with business process validation, system configuration, data conversions and migrations, system customization, testing, cutover planning & execution, go-live and end user support.

• Preferably experienced with v11 CloudSuite versions of Infor or experience with Infor CloudSuite GHR - Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Support, evaluate, analyze, and Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement for new Infor CloudSuite platform - spanning Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll within public sector environment.

• Working in the capacity of a Functional / Business Analyst to support the functionality for CloudSuite FSM.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.

• Working within the CloudSuite Configuration Console.

• Creating reports and list views out of the applications and working with dashboards related to HR & Payroll BIFSM / BIRST.

• Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.

• Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs.

• Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.

• Supporting the cloud data lake and replication sets.

• Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
