Mechanical Engineer (Mid to Senior Level) -Deer Park, Texas


Position Summary: As a Mechanical Engineer at Burrow Global, you will undertake assignments aimed at refining your engineering expertise and skills, applying standard techniques, and executing related tasks. You'll work on specific portions of broader projects under the guidance of experienced engineers, employing standard practices and techniques. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, adeptness in data correlation, and the ability to navigate through detailed processes.


Responsibilities/Duties

  • Independently apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, making minor adaptations and modifications as necessary.
  • Demonstrate expertise in rotating and static equipment design specifications, including preparing equipment data sheets, RFQs, bid tabulations, and purchasing packages.
  • Engage in specification preparation, process studies, research investigations, and report drafting within defined scopes.
  • Adapt seamlessly to changes in work tasks or environments, ensuring continued effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Potentially oversee or coordinate the work of supporting technicians and personnel.
  • Communicate information clearly and effectively to individuals or groups and foster understanding and engagement.
  • Develop and implement action plans for self and others to optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain awareness of factors affecting employee safety and contribute to a cohesive team environment.


Education And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • U.S. Citizenship, valid Employment Authorization Documents (EAD), or Permanent Residency required (visa sponsorship unavailable).
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities contributing to project success.
