We are currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Technician to join our client’s team onsite in Lakewood, CO. The successful candidate will provide both local and remote desktop support, handle customer resolution calls, and perform various hardware and software tasks. This position guarantees 40+ hours per week and involves a rotating 24/7 shift where the technician will be on call to assist with troubleshooting issues and concerns.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely communication on work assignment status and resolution

  • Maintain ticket updates for all reported service requests

  • Use scripted instructions to install Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Cisco Jabber, and other desktop office productivity applications

  • Install and upgrade printers and computer hardware

  • Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers

  • Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment

 
Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of IT experience

  • Working knowledge of Windows 10 and MS Office 365

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Basic understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, and Telecom equipment to perform Smart Hands services

  • Ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork



$28.90 per hour

Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
