Details: Use AutoCAD 3D and would prefer E3D/PDMS experience. This is long-term and onsite only with a flexible work schedule.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform the necessary fieldwork, pulling measurements, locating tie-ins, as-building existing systems, develop detailed scopes.
  • Work from P&ID's, client specifications and vendor data to design complex piping systems for chemical facility.
  • Create isometrics, pipe supports.
  • Ensures that completed design is functional, maintainable, and designed with safety and that all applicable codes have been followed and maintain.


Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable in the design and layout of process piping and equipment with 5 -7years of experience preferred.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD 3D or MicroStation, E3D or PDMS is preferred.
  • Must have extensive fieldwork experience in chemical, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
  • Some work may require working at heights above 6 feet, climbing stairs, ladders, scaffolding, and man-lifts.
